About Me

As a Florida native, I’ve called DC home since 2019. I originally moved here for my former career at Apple of almost a decade. But as the Covid-19 pandemic shook the world and my world, I made the scary decision to quit my job and pursue an entirely different direction in mental health counseling. 

Having changed careers, I understand the daily angst that comes with being in a job that isn’t fully fulfilling or might not feel quite right. I understand the fear that comes with making a ginormous leap like shifting professional fields. And I understand what it’s like to start from scratch in your 20s. 

When I’m not in the therapy space, I spend my time at my boxing gym, outside exploring the DMV, or at a basketball game. I enjoy international travel, educational reading, and my puzzling club.
